Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours
Serves: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
Premier Pork Belly, 2 kilos
Vinegar, ½ cup
Salt, 1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
Drizzle vinegar all over your Premier Pork Belly and keep massaging.
Make your marinade. In a small bowl, combine your salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Rub the marinade all over your Premier Pork Belly until all areas are fully coated.
Store in the refrigerator and allow it to marinate overnight. Make sure that the skin side is up.
Bake your Premier Pork Belly from Premier Food Choice in the oven at 400F and set the timer for 30 minutes.
Once the timer goes off, lower the oven’s temperature to 350F and continue baking.
After 30 minutes at 350F, check on your meat. With a spoon or a kitchen brush, get the oil drippings on your pan and pour it all over the top of your meat. Keep doing this every 10 minutes for the next 1 hour. Remember: This step must not be skipped to achieve the crispiest skin you’ve ever tasted.
Remove your meat from the oven and allow it to cool down. After 5 to 10 minutes, cut into pieces.
Dig in and enjoy!
